Lenovo, a Google company is set to introduce its K8 Note smartphone next week. We really don’t know why K7 is missing. Lenovo has started teasing about the new product through their social media channels. The number 8 aptly suggests that the handset may introduce the concept of the dual camera in a mid range price zone. What to expect from upcoming Lenovo K8 Note? Let’s take a look at its specifications.
Screen – 5.5 inch 1080p display
Camera – Dual Camera setup @ 13 MP and front camera @ 5 MP.
Processor – Mediatek Helio 6797. Oh no! A major disappointment.
OS – Android Nougat 7.1
Storage – 32GB/ 64GB ( ₹12,999, ₹13,999 )
RAM – 3GB/ 4GB ( ₹12,999, ₹13,999 )
Battery – 4000 MaH
Lenovo is pitching K8 note as a great camera device. Lenovo says that the camera includes all major modes of shooting – Macro, Landscape, and Portrait. India’s middle class prefers to buy a smartphone in sub Rs. 10,000 range and Lenovo and its sister company Motorola are tapping on this opportunity. As K8 note runs on low-cost MediaTek, the price should have been Rs. 8499. Surprisingly, Lenovo has dropped the price of Z2 plus to ₹10,999. The Z2 plus runs on powerful Snapdragon 820 which makes it a flagship killer at this price point.
